OUR MISSION:
Founded in 1995, the McClure Law Office has been providing workers' compensation defense representation for Oklahoma employers and insurance carriers for more than 20 years. The McClure law firm specializes in worker's compensation litigation, exclusively for the defense side of the bar. We do not represent claimants before the workers' compensation Court or Commission.
Our firm consists of four attorneys: Brad McClure, Steve Weeks, Cindy Welch, and Robert Simpson. Together, we have more then 100 years of workers' compensation experience.
Our staff consists of Jill McClure, Gayle Miller, and Terry Johnston.
It is our mission to defend claims from every potential angle, providing cost savings to our clients. If a claim is denied, we will put every resource into investigating and gathering evidence to deny the claim. If a claim is accepted, we shift our focus toward moving the claimant through prompt medical care so the claim can be brought to conclusion as quickly as possible. We understand that a closed file is a good file.
